Before or after exercise for highest carb meal

I need to get this belly fat off once and for all. I eat clean 90% of the time. Fell off and went on a weekend margarita binge in August and September. (just started loving those golden margarita's with the Gran Marnier...salivating now) Anyway, stopped drinking those but paying the price. I still work out and right now doing the NROLFA and wanting to do low carbs until my abs pop again. Should I eat that highest carb meal/protein shake (with banana) before or after workout?

After workout is the best for recovery.0 -
After...as above poster said..I only eat simple carbs on training days in small amounts after training...0
