I don't restrict myself anymore. I haven't binged in almost 100 days because I follow IIFYM and just eat in moderation and maintain a calorie deficit. In the beginning when I felt like binging I would get out of my house, go walking or go take a shower or nap. Redirection helped a ton.

Make time. I have everything scheduled out. I'm a part time student online, full time ER nurse and a Mother of 3. I make it to the gym for an hour every day. I schedule when I'm going to do my homework and when to meal prep.

My coworker swears by weighted hula hoops. She has a knee disability and after 3 months of daily use of a hula hoop she felt her "love handles" were diminished.

No such thing. I drink coffee by the POT, from 7am-10pm. Generally at least 1-2 teas a day. Espresso? At minimum it's a quad shot of white coffee (more caffeine than regular). Pre-workout drinks (300mg of caffeine) Yum.
