Played in the snow with my ten year old daughter. Including crawling through 9" deep snow for about 100 feet. Awsome workout and fun.

I didn't lose on my week 4 so I bought a new cloth tape measure, took all my measurements, put my scale out of sight, and promised my self not to step on it for another month. It helps me to track my carbs and try to get 45 grams of carbs, or close to it at each meal. Also protein keeps you full so you don't get that terrible starving feeling. I try to get about 40 % of my calories from protein spread throughout my day. I don't know why you are tracking calcium. Maybe change that tracker to…

I did the same thing night before last. Called restaurant to find out what was on buffet, made my choices, logged them, then went out to eat. This worked really well. Did not feel at all deprived. Had a very nice evening with hubby and friends.

After smoking for 35 years I quit using the patch and Nicolette gum. It has been 3 1/2 yrs. my husband wasnt so lucky, it took two strokes and a heart attack before he awoke to the fact that the cigs were killing him. Now he is disabled, can only do an activity for 15 minutes before he needs to rest.
