I'm Italian too. I had the gastric sleeve in October 2015. Lost 90lbs and I'm keeping it off. I was 235lbs and I'm only 5'2". Kudos on your progress. I fight every day not to eat over 1200 calories. It's a REAL challenge even after all these years!
