I workout anywhere from two to five times a week depending on how I feel. There are just those weeks where I'm so bored that I just want to work out. If you want to increase the amount of workouts you do, i say go for it but don't push yourself too hard. Good luck!

Thank you for all of the responses, and I just made my food diary public so you guys can see what I'm eating. I overlooked it again and i think it might be because i had fast food twice thius week, and maybe that's effecting me? I've been under my calories everyday and eat over 1200 calories unless my sleeping gets thrown…
