  • I don't believe that it matters why one is a vegetarian or vegan. It is up to the person. A vegetarian/vegan is one no matter why....it is what they eat that makes them vegetarian/vegan. It's kind of like why someone chooses to pursue buddhism or christianity, it's their own personal beliefs.

  • I agree, in the gym one should wear a shirt no matter the body type of gender. Outside, eh....do whatever. But pleeeeease, if you are at a concert or music festival on a hot day wear a shirt. I really hate the slimey skin contact of a sweaty stranger. UGH!

  • I try to only weigh myself once a week for real, however, I step on the scale every few days or so.
