Your success is no surprise, because your dedication really shows. I am always motivated when I see your workouts everyday. Those last 22 lbs don't stand a chance.

Well put! Thank you!

Different things work for different people. She found what works for her and you found what works for you. You both seem to be getting results, so that's all that matters.

You can really see the pride shine through in everyone's after/during pictures! Love it!

I tried So Delicious Coconut Milk "Creamer" about a week ago. The original flavor has 10 calories, 1 carb, and 1 gram of sugar for 1 tbsp. It also comes in french vanilla and hazelnut. It was better than I expected. I'll probably buy it again when I get bored with my trusty fat free Half and Half.

Don't kill me for throwing this out there, but increased hunger can occur in early pregnancy. But seriously, stress, increased metabolism, TOM, boredom, or just a case of random munchies could be the culprit. I'd say grab some veggies or a piece of fruit when your hunger strikes and go from there.

I am on week 2 of Insanity and have almost the same starting measurements. I'm trying not to focus too much on the scale, since the workouts help tone muscle as well as burn fat. It's encouraging to see how many inches you shed for only losing 6 pounds. I hope I have as much success with the program as you did.

Feel free to add me! I am 5'7" and somewhere between 160 and 165. I managed to get down to 145 for my wedding back in April, but it was mostly due to stress and came back unbelievably fast. I want to focus more on toning this time and losing inches vice pounds.

A picture is worth a thousand words, so don't worry about not being able to write an entire novel about your success! Truth be told, I'm much more inspired by picture heavy (word light) posts like yours. You look so much more confident now and you should because you've done an amazing job.

Don't you just love those fitting room trips?! It's so strange (in a good way) when you get to decide what to buy instead of just going with what you can fit into. Even better when you can ask for a smaller size.
-
Great Job so far! It's great to see progress pictures from other 5'7" ladies.

Wow! I've often thought that I could lose a decent amount of weight, but would never be as trim and fit as I'd like to be. You've totally proven that hard work can yield amazing results. I'm aiming high (or i guess low) for now on! Thanks for sharing!

Love it! I'm so glad they modified the super lame theme song they had earlier this season. "There once was a man....." or something like that. Who signed off on that one?
-
Absolutely amazing! Congrats on reaching your goal, those last 5 pounds will just be icing on the cake!
-
All of your hard work is paying off! You look great!
-
You are doing a great job! Oh and your haircut is super cute!
-
You have no idea how much I needed to see this post! I just picked up my bridesmaid dress for my friend's wedding in a couple of months and it is oh so tight. I am so motivated now after seeing what an amazing job you have done!

Add me to the roster :( In April, I was 7lbs from my goal and the scale wouldn't budge. Fast forward 4 months and now I'm 22 lbs from goal. Epic summer fail! I'm trying my hardest to get back on track, but I know how hard it will be to shed those extra pounds again.
-
So inspired right now! Thank you for sharing your amazing journey!

That sounds like so much fun! I've never been much of a runner, but really want to add it to my exercise routine. I'm starting the couch to 5k program this week, so that I can slowly work my way into it.
-
Great progress! At this rate you'll have no problem meeting your goal by your vacation.

Hi Everyone! So it took me a little while to get motivated since my initial post, but I think I finally found my groove. I started Jillian Michael's Ripped in 30 DVD last Monday and I love it. I'm usually bad about starting workout routines and falling off after a few days. I've actually stuck with this for a whole week…

I'll give it a shot.... Height: 5'7" CW: 153 <3 day GW: 145 (and/or a few inches off waist/hips/thighs)

Hi Everyone! Since this is my first challenge, I'm going to start somewhat simple. Abby459 - Run 100 miles in January. Find a 1/2 marathon training plan and actually stick to it!! And for my weight, I guess I would like to be under 135 by the months end!! Corbinam - to complete the 30 day shred (which i started today), to…

Hi everyone! My name is Lindsey ,I'm 25 years old, and I live in Virginia Beach. I joined MFP a while ago, but just started really getting serious about it a couple of months ago. I've lost about 35 lbs since 2008 and have been losing and gaining the same 5 lbs for about 6 months now. My goal is to lose 15-20 lbs and tone…

Bump for later when I feel like giving up.

Amazing work! So motivating!

Your post is just what I needed! I'm 5'7" and have been stuck around your starting weight for a while. I have new motivation now to knock out these last 15-20 lbs. Thanks!
-
You look great! I've gotten these comments too and I still have 15-20 pounds that I want to lose. I don't think people realize how camouflaging clothes can be, especially when someone is close to their goal. I'm pretty sure the person that told me not to lose anymore would change their mind if they saw me in a bikini…

My ultimate goal is somewhere between 135 and 140, but for now I just want to get back down to 150.
