7/01 - Rest day 7/02 - 329 Calories, Playing softball 7/03 - 834 Calories, Got a short but fierce workout in then went an played softball. 7/04 - 659 Calories, Housework, Washed my car and mowed the lawn. Extremely tired from yesterday. Trying so hard to get the motivation to workout tonight. Zzzzzzzz :huh:

I was able to play some softball last night. I was amazed at the calories burned. I can feel it in my arms and legs today and cannot wait to do it again tonight!!! 45 minutes and I burned 329 calories. I plan to play longer and harder tonight. :bigsmile:

Dave's Killer Bread is AMAZING!!!! I eat it dry and toasted with scrambled eggs whites. I add a lot of garlic and cayenne pepper to my eggs. The nuts and sweetness of the bread with the eggs is a great way to start the morning :)

I guess yesterday will have to be my rest day ;) I thought the challenge started today. I will burn some calories after work and report back. Great job to everyone else!!! Very inspirational!!

Are you drinking plenty of water?? That seems to really help. And obviously staying away from sodas and what not. Don't give up. You'll get there!!!!!
