1 month results

These results are from almost one month of calorie counting. I did start doing the 30 day shred on July 1, so I'm hoping to see even bigger results in the beginning of August. There is a 10 lb difference here, and although I didn't take my measurements I was a size 16 pants in the first photo and wearing a size 13 juniors in the second photo.

    Yup, I started at 202 and am currently rocking ~190 (It fluctuates from 189 up to about 192, but mostly hovers around 190-191)
