That's awesome. My hubby is very supportive and has also told me he is very proud of me for the things that I have done. He's more excited then I am about my 4 lbs! LOL. He's a great support and most days' I don't give him the proper appreciation for all he does to help me. THANKS BABE!

My thoughts are that your body is going into starvation mode. The calorie reccomendation of 1200 is something that you NEED to hit esp if you are working out hard. Remember if you are under that and then burn off more during exercise your body is NOT getting the nutrients and such. I would suggest you really push to get to…

I don't have the pullup bar either so I just use the bands like they show (they show the alternative to the bar during the workout). I would suggest the bands- they are a good addition especially in a small appt...that is what I do since I live in a small appt. Good luck on the program and stay focused =)

Hello - I'm also a military spouse and understand your struggles in more then one area. You will find LOTS of support and LOTS of useful tools. make sure you are drinking lots of water bc that helps flush out the toxins and fat that you burn off. I also agree you may want to decrease your extra "free" calories you consume -- wish you luck oh and weight gain happens to the best of us...just get back on track and take it one day at a time. =)

I would just be aware on those days that you are doing EXTREME workouts b/c you don't want to deprive your body of the essential nutrients it needs esp during muscle building days. If you deprive yourself your metabolism with slow or stop b/c there isn't enough for your body to replenish....HOWEVER most people rarely fall…

I actually did a search about that today and the main thing was it said liver/kidney problems but as someone else said it's for a long time. For what we are doing (resistance training, etc) we NEED the protein. I also agree that is the best areas to be over and I also seem to be over in that area. Low on the fat (still…
