make your own! ive made pepperoni pizza using low cal English muffins and all the fixings, also been making healthy bbq chicken pizza! was able to eat the whole thing for about 350 cals!

My proud moment today was working out! I did 30DS 2nd day and after the first few minutes I wanted to quit, but I pushed through! it was not perfect but I did it!

Exactly! I went out one night and ate and drank over my calories, but I logged it in...saw the horror and went on to have a couple of great days after! It's not easy...and quite a journey but we will definitely do it! =)

I am horrible at science..however I have a spiderman tattoo and a betta fish named Spidey. Go Marvel! If you're a DC fan...I'm not sure this would work out.

Great job! It's crazy how just changing what you eat will make a big difference. I haven't worked out much either, besides hiking a couple times and taking a little walk everyday, but have been eating well for about 16 days and I have lost 10 lbs! Mostly from monitoring my eating. Keep up the good work!

I get hungriest at night and that is when I tend to over eat (even if I eat a hearty big breakfast) so I like to save more calories for my dinner time and maybe a little snack or dessert. I'm so proud of all of you! my proud moment today was while I was hiking, we picked a 3 mile hiking trail, as we went a long we realized we could take another route that added an extra mile so we decided to take that trail the rest of the way! so ended up doing a little tougher 4 mile hike!

I learned in a nutrition class that our body will fight us to stay the same weight because it wants to maintain homeostasis so it makes losing weight a challenge...and once we have lose the weight it takes a full year before our bodies reach the new homeostasis. It's hard, it won't be fast...but you can and will do it!

McDouble! I was craving a cheeseburger soooo bad the other day and wanted to grab something before school so I researched. McDouble is 360 or 390 (can't remember which) calories and cheap! It was goooood. Although, my tummy hurt after I ate it since I've been eating pretty good.

If you feel fine not eating before your work out don't eat. I used to work out in the mornings and only ate breakfast after.
