Today my proud moment is taking a short walk at work by myself. I usually only take a little walk when I have a coworker that will go along with me, but today I had no one to go with so I decided I would go and do it by myself! Also...I'm down 8 lbs within 10 days which is pretty cool

Sooo today my proud moment was making a whole day of healthy, filling, and delicious food while staying under my calorie goal! I mean, I made a bbq pizza that was 350 calories total for the whole pizza!

If trying to lose weight, I wouldn't eat them back. Unless you are hungry and feel hungry, then eat! If you feel fine & not hungry then there is no need to eat the calories burnt

I recently had a bag of chocolate covered peanuts. 11 pieces for 210 calories...I was like ehh I'll have a few...couple handfuls later I realized I had maybe 5 servings...I logged it and it was over 1000 calories! and I didn't even have the whole bag. I used to buy a bag and eat the whole thing. So sad

Those things are one of my favorite things about Christmas! Good job resisting! That and the chocolate cherry kisses...oh gawd. I used to work at Target and would buy bags and bags full of cherry kisses all the time during the season. This year, I only bought one bag! (and no longer work at Target). Great job!

I'd say count it for the same day. Because if you count it for the next day you will not be able to eat much the next day and will probably end up being hungry again the next night and over eat again...and it could become a vicious cycle. Count it for today. Start new tomorrow

You are doing a great job! You losing 15 lbs is an inspiration to me! I had a similar incident with a car full of young boys, I was just walking accross the street and they yelled "move fat *kitten*". It's crazy how hurtful people can be but...they are the sucky ones...not us! Keep going! You got this!

I absolutely love love love sweets! It is hard, but raisins or grapes help for a sweet craving and something I personally LOVE for dessert to chop up a banana and freeze it, then add some whipped cream and 1-2 tables spoons of dark choco chips. Sweet and pretty low calorie. It's been helping me get through this haha
