I get regular coffee with hazelnut syrup and non fat milk, although I'm going to be trying it with the sugar free hazelnut syrup soon (just realized it came in sugar free). its less than 100 cals and yummy

I had two pieces of sara lee 45 calorie whole wheat bread with scrambled eggs and half an avocado in the middle totaling 390 cals. It was delicious.

I just recently bought some, waiting for it to come in the mail. We'll see how it goes. Of course with any other pill or supplement, you still have to exercise and eat well.

I love sugar and sugary foods but I noticed it does create problems for me, health wise, so I have tried to cut down a lot on sugars but not cut it out completely. Fruits and other healthy things have sugars in them. Just read labels and get low sugar foods.

I get up around 335am and get to the gym by 4. Whatchu gotta do is get out of bed as soon as the alarm goes off, therefore you're already out of bed and ready to go before your sleepy body realizes what you're doing. don't give yourself time to talk yourself out of it.
