Whey Protein is the bestest to add to a diet if you are trying to lose or gain! Im kinda cheap so I go with the one I can pick up at walmart...Advanced Body Fortress - Chocolate. MMMMMmmmmmMMMmmMMMM Yummy .....for my PWS I add some Dextrose to the mix so i get that simple sugar intake.

I try really hard not to pay attn to the lbs on the scale ... I too am 5'7"ish and when i was 127 i was wearing a size 0 and it was loose...at 146 i was back in my 4 or 6 cloths.... Im going more with inches and BF% these days but I know what you mean about those stupid online "ideal bodyweight" charts.

I want to do the virtual model too...BUT I wish they had a way to enter in exact measurements of Chest, Waist, Hips, Thighs, Calvs, and Arms. Can you do that on there. Hello :-) The weight ticker is found under tools AND I think they are going with the 8oz = 1 glass of water thing...thats how I use it....I personally dont count other things as "water" unless it is PLAIN water.

I hardly ever even hit my 1000 and I just recently started getting close bc my friend, that is a personal trainer, put me on this diet. I do have to say that I am LOVING the diet plan tho...lost an inch around my waist in a week. I have to eat every 3hrs on the hour as long as I am awake. The "meals" cant be more than 200…

Thanks everyone! I do currently train 7 days a week but i dont do cardio one day...and on days where I know I have a killer weight training session I will cut my cardio in half. From last week to this week not only have I lost inches but I have also gained strenght. I could do almost 5-10lbs more on every excersise.…

MFPs goal for protien is a lil low for some ppl. I get about 120g of protein a day on average sometimes more. It wont hurt you ;-)

I'm not saying I know what it is but i did have a small stress fracture once that sounds similar to what you describe...maybe that could be it. If it doesnt feel better today..I might have it checked out bc you dont want to make it get worse. :-(

I personally am a big fan of saying muscle weighs more than fat...hahahaha....I'm working my booty off at the gym have lost at least 1 inch but damn that number on the scale just wont go down! The scale is not my friend! BUT I LOVE the measuring tape!!!!

Def. have to agree with some serious protein post workout! Leg night is a killer for me and if I dont get my protein shake right after and the next morning...i wont be able to sit for 3 days! hahahahaha

I personally think that the number of days you wrkout depends on you...i choose to work out 7 days a week and I do both cardio and weight training. A trainer told me to do my wghts first bc the afterburn effect will make me burn more calories during my cardio. As for the pool...go for it now...its awesome for getting in…
