I cut back on my carbs for the past two weeks, and i feel great, not too tired at all. I think you might just need to add some more protein. Hang in there!

Thanks for the advice, I am trying to stay motivated but it is so hard since the scale will not move! It goes down then back up. it is very frustrating.
