LMAO, That's hilarious (only because it happens to me too!) Especially at work, Ill say something, and get no answer, no laugh, nothing. Half the time I just don't even say anything because I'm too afraid of the awkwardness. Oh, Well.

Here's the Friday check-in I did pretty good this week, had: Dairy: Every Day (yogurt) Greens: Every Day (been on a green bean kick) Water: 64 oz every day but 1 (kinda flaked on Tuesday) Exercise: Elliptical 30 min. a day for only 3 days, but I tried MUFAs: 1 Snack baggie full per day I'll be choosing next weeks…

I think that means they are difficult to digest. Soaking them would make them softer, therefore easier for our bodies to absorb the nutrient??
