I try to land above 3000 calories burned each week. The most important thing I've noticed is that if you eat back the workout you drop weight really slow. I'm just getting started, but I've dropped about 2 kg (4.4lb) a week since I started, so I guess it's working. Good luck!

I've found that eating back my exercise calories prevents or really slows down my weight-loss. I actually gained weight when "running up dinner"! You should aim for daily goals (in my experience you get faster results doing so). Going out with friends is kinda hard. Especially if you don't want to make a fuss about what…

I've just gained when I eat back what I exercise, so starting today this ends. Good job on your loss btw!

Nice! Keep it up!

Thank you so much for all the input. The idea of lightening dinner and adding more to lunch seams really good. I might enjoy some of the hot food at work as well since I'll be spending more of my calorie intake on that meal. Thank you so much everyone!

You can do it!

Thank you so much everyone! I'll give that green tea+water thing a try for a few days!

I do dailies at the same time. Before I hit the showers after working out. Like many have mentioned before me, it's to know what's going on and adjust on a daily basis not just weekly. I'm in it to win it, no time to get emotional on the scales. I do however only take a progress picture once a week.

"Don't drink me, I'm full of sugar." I love the snapple caps, perhaps that should be my treat tomorrow!
