So let me get this straight...you're seeing results but you're still not happy? 30DS really focuses on toning, which means you will build muscle. Take your measurements and stop basing your "success" strictly on what you see on the scale. Do your clothes fit differently? Do you feel better? Those are more important.

I would say instead of running in place, maybe try jumping rope or jumping jacks? That would definitely get your heartrate up and give you a good leg workout.

I read that article a few days ago. I think the bigger difference is, the junk has lots of fat in it and keeps you fuller longer. You simply eat more when it's healthy food because your body processes it faster. My grocery bill is definitely higher now that I'm making wiser food choices.

I usually take a walk during my lunch break to burn extra calories. I'll take a 30 or 40 minute walk (walk 15 or 20 minutes in one direction then turn around). Were you losing weight at any point using any of the HRMs you purchased? Also, the type of exercise you do determines how many calories you burn. If you're really not into exercise, you need to find an exercise that will burn the most calories in the shortest period of time. Internal or circuit training will do the trick.
