I would try going to a lingerie boutique to get measured. This is what they do every day and are pretty good at figuring out what your size is. Additionally, they'll spend the time to help you try on a number of bras until you find one that really fits. These bras are usually pricer than other places, but I usually buy one…

I don't use Nike+ but I've heard users say they clip that sensor to their shoe laces and it works just as well.

I'm assuming your friends don't join you in walking 45 minutes each way to class, if so they'd definitely agree that it's exercise. Absolutely! Log it!

Even numbers are women's sizes, odd numbers are junior sizes. So if you're counting only lady sizes, then you're down 4 sizes. Either way you count it, it's still a huge accomplishment.

I think for a lighter person, a few pounds do make a big difference. Whether 5 lbs will be the difference between abs and no abs depends on your diet and workout routine.

Thinking about eating a salad for breakfast would make me not want to get out of bed in the mornings lol. But that's interesting. I'd like to see if anyone else has tried this.

Increase your intensity in both your strength training and cardio routines. Make sure you're switching it up and keeping your body challenged.

Someone told me just this morning that my head looked huge because I had lost so much weight **blink, blink, stare**. Umm...ok. Thanks?? But great job! It will take some time for them to get used to your new figure. I'm sure the comments will stop after a while.

Build muscle and the fat will run away screaming. There really isn't a way to "lose fat first". Weight loss usually includes losing fat and a little muscle (if not done properly). Start a solid weight training regime and I think you'll get the results you're looking for.

Since I've become a healthier, more active person dating someone who is not active is a deal breaker for me.

You can do it! Just remember you don't have to be the strongest or fastest or first to finish. The point is to finish.
