Hi: It sounds like you are doing great with your weight loss. Remember too that you are building muscle when you exercise. Muscle is heaver than fat so you may see and increase or a plateau but don't worry you are doing the right things to reshape your body. :smile:

I also need friends MFP really helps to keep me on track. I love that I can scan items in with my phone. I find that part really fun.

I do what I can as far as the exercise goes. I count it if I did it. Every little bit helps.

Yes!!! I'm not sure why but I'm thinking it was the extra fat that was keeping me warm. I wonder if it could be that our metabolism's have sped up?

If I did a push up it would have to be the one's for girls and I bet I could only do 5 or so. I have a bad unstable back any ideas for exercise that will strengthen my core without hurting my back?

I use a spoon or fork. I add sunflower seeds some times or fruit like pineapple. I like it with a few fish crackers too as a treat.
