I'm in.... My name is Rebecca and my main goal for this month is to loose 5lbs... My plan is to continue with watching what I eat... (Portions.. Portions.. Portions..) Walk at least 3 times a week... And everyday do 30 day shred.. (Just started yesterday) Good Luck to all..!.!.!
