Wow! What an awesome time for your first half! I did way horrible my first one! Woo hoo! I ran the half as well. I feel ashamed to say my time compared to your time for your first half! keep up the good work!

I ran Satruday, a nice 3 miler...then ran Sunday the Bridge, the incline this year kicked my booty, I averaged a 8:08 per pace mile beating last year's pace by 12 seconds per mile. Oh well, I will take it. Next year hopefully under 8!

Thanks! I will see about doing a longer run today and skip Saturday, if I am not able to re-arrange that, then plan B. Maybe run more after the Sunday run. No, I did not think this through... :(

The half...so there it is there. Thanks :) And I am also trying for something under 1:57, my last half time. But is it bad to want both? Can you do a long run and then do a fast run the next day? Or should I do a long run today and then skip Saturday altogether? Sorry, I run but not to any plan or training....

I started at 252, I think I have one picture of me uploaded at my heaviest. I am now at 154...trying to get to 140. Huge struggle!

I eat great all day, even dinner, but when that time between dinner and bed...look out! I have no control. It is a struggle every day. It takes will power and distractions to keep focused.

I have been hiding out...I stpped on scale and yikers! 155. I gained 5 pounds. Anyway, I am refocusing and trying to get to around 130ish...blah... It is very hard for me now. I have lost 100 pounds but this last bit of weight loves me! Oh and I can not fix the ticker for the exercise. Does anyone know how??

Blah! I guess I am sort of procrastinating....I hooked up the dvd player and then was not able to get it running as I need a remote to switch from the tv to use the dvd player....so today i am off to buy a universal remote for the janky tv :(

I am holding my 4 lbs weight gain. Now that my vacation is over, although I did two hilly hikes this weekend, I ate like I was straving. So back on it today. No gain but no loss either.

Well I made it out last night for my hike...It was a ncie steep climb to the top and my dog made it too! Today, since it is raining and I can not run outside, I signed up for a Spin class, but feel a little apprehensive about it. The last time and only time I took a spin class was in 2001.
