  • I like almond milk best (can't drink soy because of health issues, but it's a good one too). All take some getting used to because of the difference in texture and taste when compared to cow's milk.

  • Don't worry, your weight will fluctuate throughout the day/month, it doesn't necessarily mean you've gained body mass. That half pound may just be water weight. The pound fat/muscle thing is just a myth. A pound is a pound, whether it's fat or muscle, it just looks/feels different when you compare fat mass to muscle mass.
  • That does sound creepy. I have had a few weird lurker moments while out running, but never the same person more than once. I can't offer much advice as far as shaking him off, but keep your phone on you and make sure you're visible to others while running. I'm sure the dog helps too :). Good luck!
