I think one pump in 8 hrs is too much of a gap. Your supply might drop. When I worked part-time, the days I worked my supply always dropped because I went a full day without pumping or pumping only 1x. I had to quit working after my daughter turned 6months old cause it just wasn't worth it for us. But, I don't know. Since…

Yes!!! I get the same. Also really nauseous if I dont eat on time. I always keep a granola bar in my purse or some.kind of snack. I wish I could say it gets better, but I've been dealing with it since I first got pregnant. Hopefully it goes away after I'm done nursing. I noticed its not as bad now that I started my period

I;M an exclusive pumper as well. I usually can only exercise when my husband gets home from work. I go to gym classes, thats the only thing that motivates me to workout because I love gym classes. Lol sometimes I will go for walk with both my kids. I aim for exercise 3 days a week, if I get more, awesome! But I know how…

The first 6months of my sons life he wanted to be held and I held him. ALLL day long. It was super hard to get anything done, plus battled with PP anxiety and dental issue, I was a disaster, I could barely function because of a lot of issues i was dealing with, BUT i still held my little one close and did the best I could…

That's awesome news! How are things going now? Has the tea and fenugreek helped you?

I had the soreness last until wk 12 I believe. I had oversupply of milk so engorgement was no joke. I still have oversupply, my lo is 7months and if I don't pump on time I get that engorged feeling. I'm.looking forward to them shrinking again after I wean around 12months.

I never used CIO method. It breaks my heart to hear my LO cry any type of cry, whether its a tired cry and cranky cry. Baby's only way of communication at this stage is by crying. I unknowingly let my LO cry yesterday, I was in the office and he woke up from a nap, he didn't cry for more than 10mins but when I went to him,…

Pre-Pregnant weight: 124 Delivery weight 39wks5days:158 (+34lbs) 7months pp: 132 8lbs away from pregnant weight. Ughhh Im at 1700-1900cals a day Edit:LOis still on only breastmilk. No formula, but we have started solids
-
Luckily I haven't had issues with supply decrease this time around (knock on wood) but what I would do to increase my supply whenever it dropped with my daughter is taking fenugreek pills (help tremendously) and pumping around the clock every 2hrs. It alot of work, but after a few days my supply would increase…

with my daughter my period came back 4,5months PP, currently 6.5month PP and no period yet! Who knows! mother nature is a mystery, lol
-
p.s. If he's not showing interest in solids, then i wouldn't force it on him. My daughter didn't start solids until she was around the 9 month mark. But on the other hand, my son is majorly interested in solids (he's6.5months) he started showing interest around 5-5.5months, but I didn't start with solids until 6months and…

i know what you mean about steaming and pureeing. I'm terrible in that department as well. lol I usually do mashed bananas with avocados, cereals for breakfast. I know some people already give their LOs baby yogurt. For snacks we have mum-mums (loooove those), baby puffs, yogurt melts and today i just bought some gerber…

I am around 1800 cals a day and when I stick to it I lose weight. How old is your baby?? Between 0-3months I didn't lose ANY weight regardless of what I did. I ate within my guidelines, exercised daily and nothing came off. As soon as lo turned 3months old, my weight finally started coming off! Sometimes is a hormone thing…

Ohh and I bought a baby bullet to make my own foods, but I still buy the jarred vegetables cause I'm to lazy to steam them . I know bad bad bad
-
I vowed to myself I won't give my baby rice cereal cause its more of a filler than nutritional value but I give it to him a few times a week. Annnd he loves it. Lol

I EP and I wouldnt recommend it if nursing is going just fine for you. .My LO went on a nursing strike so thats why I turned to EP, we struggled with nursing for about 1.5months (until he was 2.5 months) before I decided to quit and just EP. He's6.5 months now and still have a great supply.I want to quit sooo bad but after…

My husband hasn't gained weight with me either pregnancy and even if he does gain weight he's pretty good about staying within 10lb frame, as soon as he hits the 11th lb he goes on a diet and loses his weigh in a couple weeks =/ we have weighed the same once, when I was pregnant with my daughter, I vowed to never hit that…

Food before 1 is just for fun. I would continue breastfeeding the same amount. It's normal for breastfed babies to lean out after 6months.
-
I just started, is anyone else doing it? I tried looking for a group on FB and MFP and I don't see one :-/
-
I never got one, but I would say up to the 9month mark, takes 9months of baking, so I would assume to give it at least 9months for your hormones to adjust back. :) I would much rather have a temporary line on my tummy than the stretch marks I got left with when I was pregnant with my daughter. I was lucky this time around…

I could have typed this myself months ago. I was feeling the same exact way and the feeling went away after 3months PP. No matter how much I ate I had an empty pit and lost zerooo weight. I didn't start losing any weight up until about 3months PP it suddenly started coming off, I lost 10lbs in the last 2 months with little…

my son is 4months old and he's 14lbs3oz, they also measured him to be 27.5 inches long (i think they messed up, he was fidgeting) he wears size 2 diapers

For sure nothing less than 1800. I have my diary set at 1260 and add whatever I pump which is always around 530-600 extra. So it comes out for my daily goal 1800-1900. I try to stay closer to 1800 cause I don't lose if I am closer to 1900. it falls below 1800, I'll eat a little extra snack. My supply has been great with it…

my son and my daughter are 2.5yrs apart. I would say its the perfect time frame, she's potty trained, communicates, and helps out with baby. We want 2 more kids and we both agreed 2.5-3yrs apart is a perfect space in-between kids.
-
I actually enjoy pumping sessions cause it's the only "me"time I have for 15mins w/o getting up. Lol

I'm 24 yrs old and looking to shed the last 15 pregnancy lbs. Little one is 4months old.
