I’m trying to do this but I haven’t been super strict about fasting of staying under 50grams of carbs 😂😂 for the most part I’m 50-80 carbs but maybe if I had a mfp friend to go through on this journey with it may be easier to stay motivated? All my mfp friends are not consistent with logging. 😣

12 weeks now and energy is kicking back in! anyone on fitbit here? I try to aim 11-12k steps daily. hoping to increase it as the weather warms up. I've gained few lbs, about 3lbs. I have an ultrasound on Tuesday so I can hardly wait!!!!

Congrats. I'm due in September too. I haven't started counting calories yet but with my other kids I usually kept my 1st tri to maintaining, and second tri I increased 200 and 3rd to 300. I'm hoping I can watch my weight without tracking this time around, I eat mostly paleo but started getting aversions lately. Ugh
