I watch when I eat sometimes. However, I fill my plate with the exact amount that I plan on eating. I finish it whether I watch t.v. or not.

I have never used a leash on my kids, but I would not necessarily judge someone who does. It's all good and fine to expect an older child to listen and stay with you, but a two year old has very, very little self control.

In my experience, the machines overestimate calories burned. I am very lucky to burn 10cals/min, so 640 for 40 minutes sounds like an awful lot.

If you cannot get free weights, you should do body weight exercises such as push ups, tricep dips, squats, and lunges. I am sure there are others, but I use dumbells for my workouts, so I can't say.

I eat anything I want in moderation. What is the point of working so hard when you aren't allowed to enjoy food?

To me that looks mostly like extra skin which, as we all know, can only truly be taken care of one way, which is surgically. Time does help a bit, but if you want it all gone, you'll have to go under the knife. I have had two kids, and I can't wait til I'm done having kids and I have the money to get a tummy tuck.

I take one day off from strength training, but that is the day I clean my whole house which takes about 6 hours. I also do pilates in the morning that day. I need exercise to boost my endorphins or I'm not as happy.

People are responsible for themselves. I will also say that good eating habits start early, and if you are fed only junk from the time you are a year old, it can be very, very hard to start eating better as an adult. So, parents are definitely to blame as well.

My knees make a crackling sound with squats and lunges. It does not hurt, so I have not worried about it. It could be gas releasing, like when you crack your knuckles.

Don't you have to take hormone replacements when you have a radical hysterectomy? And I also would not recommend a hysterectomy to a young woman with one child.

For many, many women who have had kids, it is not possible to totally get rid of the pooch without surgery. I am one of them, but my kids are definitely worth it. I thought that only fat grams mattered, not calories. So I would eat a pound of gummy bears without thinking twice.
