Yep! While I eat healthy most of the time, if I want to have some candy or ice cream, I will. If it fits in your day, why not? But I do see what you are saying. I look at people's diaries and see the amount they eat and shake my head. If they added some fruits and veg to their day it would fill them up and for very little…

Hitting 200 lbs. :(

Try a couch to 5 k program. It really helps. Or even writing out your own walk/run times will help you stick to a goal. Running is such a mental sport. You either tell yourself you can or you tell yourself you can't.

We're pretty close. ;)

Please don't skip breakfast. I don't know why people give such bad advice.

Last year I was eating 1200 calories a day and eating my exercise calories usually around 350 calories a day back. I lost around 1.5 - 2.5 lbs a week doing that. Guess who gained it all back? I'm now eating 1670 and my exercise calories back, around 350 still, so I usually consume around 1900-2000 calories a day. I feel…

Make your breakfast the night before. I always eat on the run so I'll make up some hard boiled eggs and eat that with some crackers and a piece of fruit. Or even throwing some dried cereal and nuts in a bag with a piece of fresh fruit is good too.

Have you recalculated it? For every 5 pounds lost you need to recalculate your calories.
-
I'm a little confused. I took a peek at your diary and it shows you're only eating 1200-1300 calories a day. Why is it hard for you to eat TDEE - 20%? I'm sure you were eating in the upwards of 3000 calories before you started on your weight loss journey, right?!
-
You need to EAT! That's what's wrong.
-
Wow, wow, wow!!! Can I say wow again?! You look amazing! :) So inspiring!

I'm 5'4" and your weight is my GOAL weight. I know we all carry differently but I had to laugh. You are beautiful, btw. :)

I typically do Breakfast, Snack, Lunch, Snack, Dinner. But some days if breakfast is late I skip the morning snack and have a bigger afternoon snack.

You look great! My vote is #2!

I must be the only one who finds that show absolutely disgusting. I get nauseous watching it. Hmm, maybe anytime I'm feeling hungry I should watch an episode, ha!

We only have coolers when we go so it makes things a bit more difficult since we go for about a week. We had one cooler for meat and one for dairy and veggies. For breakfast we do, cereal with milk, oatmeal, toast and eggs with fruit. I pick fruits I don't need to keep cold. So things like apples, oranges, bananas,…

Your staples should include oats, eggs, beans, canned seafood, potatoes, and any vegetable and fruit in season. Limit meat as that is the biggest budget killer. Buy things on sale, even if they are not needed right away. Breakfast, you could have oatmeal, eggs and toast, smoothies, etc. Lunch, tuna or salmon sandwiches,…

Yes I get that but I'm saying the people who do not have a binging disorder who *think* they are binging by simply eating more then they should. I have a binging disorder, I know exactly what happens when I binge. Thanks @@

Added you. I'm a SAHM with two boys.
-
Oh and one more thing, having 2 pieces of cake in one day does not make you a binge eater. Honestly some people drive me crazy, that is not what binging is. Don't try to relate to people with an actual binging disorder.
-
Have you ever had an eating disorder? That is what binging is. *shakes head* I wish I had some good advice, I'm still taking it one day at a time. For me it helps to eat small meals throughout the day. If I feel hungry, it's already to late and I am likely to binge. Take a walk, drink some water, find something that works…

Absolutely this. I am the same way, sure aerobically I can run 3 miles non stop but my body needs time to catch up to the impact running takes on me. I did too much too soon and paid for it. I had to take weeks off and rest because I was in so much pain. Take your time, allow your body to adjust, and follow the program; it…

I had that problem too, try stretching before starting the video and do some good stretches after, should help a bit. I feel her warm ups and cool downs should be longer.

Wow, you look so great!!

I'd start tracking calories for sure. Two scoops of powder has 90 calories so with a cup of skim milk you are only looking at around 170 calories. You may be eating too little. Track for a few days and make sure you are eating enough ; )
