I like Saucony. But then again, everyone is different. I also had a pair of Brooks that I liked. It's all about fit though, try on every pair in the store until you find one made for you.

I'm trying something new. For every 5 lbs lost, I'm treating myself to a maintenance week. Whatever weight I'm at, I'll eat at maintenance level for a week and start again. That way I get to 'cheat' without blowing everything I just worked hard to do. Not for everyone but I think it will work well for me.

Yes, it's a book. Overcoming Binge Eating by Dr. Christopher Fairburn. It has a guided self help section. I've heard good things about it and have started step one today. I borrowed it from my library.

I'm still working out what my triggers are but so far it's being tired, anxiety ( which is super awesome when you have anxiety :P ), and anytime I have to face my weight ( ie: when someone makes a comment about it, good or bad ).

Ha ha, yes, my three year old will eat most things if there is some ketchup to dip it in. They eat the basics, my oldest is obsessed with broccoli and will eat it over anything else. It just gets boring for my hubby and I since they like everything very plain and basic.

I try to eat fruits and vegetables that are in season and that helps a lot. I make a lot of things from scratch instead of highly processed convenience foods. I think I spend less on food then I did before, maybe 'cause I eat less of it. ;)

I wish I had this problem. But really, a glass of milk with your meal, a handful of nuts, some butter on your veggies will take care of that.
