I'm vegetarian and I eat "clean" I do eat eggs, dairy & occasional fish. I have a hard time getting above 100g of protein daily, so I'm just subbing to this thread for ideas. :)

I vary it up. Run/jog/walk, circuit training, steady on the elliptical.

My measurements are definitely going down, the scale isn't. I've lost almost 2" in my waist in the last month, 3.5" since January.
