I turned down free breakfast which consist of fried potatoes, sausage, bacon, french toast, and scrambled eggs with cheese...yay me!!

You are not alone...I felt the same way a couple of days ago..So I decided to make small changes and it's working...I have lost 1.5lbs this week after gaining 6lbs back 2 weeks ago. you have the right mindset...don't give up and the weight will start shedding. keep counting

He says it's not my thyroids it more of a sodium issue...He wants me to go on a low sodium diet...I am a chipaholic..any kind of chips..I can go without ice cream, cake, cookies, chocolate but chips...omg!! my downfall.
