awesome..that's my aim..I've been dropping but slowly. I've revved up my weights always do cardio and changed my eating habits. Let's see how it will work by June.

I can definitely relate to the fast process when done correctly. A mixture of different weights and different exercises. Weightlifting is awesome for women. But learn how to do it correctly so that you will not hurt yourself..again great job girlfriend!!

you should eat at least 20 minutes before you work out. Good pre workout snacks are oatmeal, bananas, sweet potatoe. They will give you a boost of energy as well. Don't ever workout on an empty stomach.
