You need resistance exercise in an organized manner...easy stuff, no PX90 etc.....you need to focus on INCHES and bodyfat not the scale. just concentrate on inches and BF % lost I can't stress enough how the scales suck. Weight fluctuates so much because of water, stress, etc If you lose 10 inches and 10 per body fat isnt that better than 10 pounds? That 10 pounds can be water! I would be glad to help in any way Good Luck!

god job! any movement requires calories! try squats at work during breaks, 3 sets of 30 hands on hips shallow drop keep it up!
