@bcattoes - I see what you mean... myfitnesspal says "gardening - general" which could mean anything. Mowing - large (fairly unruly) lawn, push mower. Digging involved moving a large wisteria and re-training it on a new arch. Oh, and digging the beds over a bit. I'm going to hurt tomorrow!

I came up with this problem when trying to add broccoli to my food diary. It's not as simple as doing a quick conversion, but I found a website that seems helpful: http://www.recipes4us.co.uk/us_cups_to_weight.htm I can now put x cups of broccoli then weigh it out in grams.
