Lamb of god!!

Try either mixing it with jelly on a sandwich, or putting it in a bowl and mixing it with fruit (apples are suggested).

Personally, I stick to a 40/40/20 carb/protein/fat ratio. Gives me the energy to get some good runs in, while maintaining weight and building lean muscle. I think this would be your best bet as you don't need to lose weight and just want to tone.

No expert, but it looks like you need to consume more for meals, and maybe have some small "energy snacks" (high protein) throughout the day. Especially with the weight training, you really do need to be matching your calorie goal for the day, the deficit needed for weight loss is already figured in. Try adding some whey…

Speaking as an Military husband, sometimes it is just the last thing on our mind! Granted, we will JUMP at the opportunity, but we may have our minds thousands of miles when it comes to initiating it ourselves. Also, if he is a lower enlisted rank (which I would assume at that age) the idea of someone else telling you what…

Honestly, the tough mudder is just that. One tough mudder!! I would focus mainly on cardio and lean muscle, so your current workout sounds like a good thing to continue. Step up some core and some arms (for the water sections) as well as basic endurance running. On a side note, I am not a big fan of burpees, I feel they…

Speaking as a married (and faithful!) man, I have to say that it is disappointing to see the sanctity of marriage being so...neglected. I am a friendly person, and like talking to people, but will not for an INSTANT think of taking things further. I wish I could say the same for all married men.

8, especially for the weigh lost! Damn good job!

Various calisthenics. Push ups, pull ups, and core, mainly. I find it helps my endurance to work these, especially the core.

You're very pretty! How could you love nothing?? :(
-
Inside: I love that I am confident (almost cocky at times :P), my willingness to help anyone in need, and my ability to find the good in everything. Outside: I love my abs and my smile.

I'd do it in a heartbeat, for free. I hate clothes. :)

Heh, clean shaven, gotta stay within regs (military). I have tried growing it out once or twice in the past, but my genetics hated me back then, and I ended up looking like someone who's razor broke mid-shave. I'll have to try it again on leave one of these days...

Check out my diary, should be public. I am also very active (BJJ, soccer, swimming, hiking, running) and eat about 3200-3500 calories a day, burn about 500-1000. I, personally, prefer this method to "eating like a mouse" and being sedentary.
-
Definitely in, starting to train for a marathon (again), this will help motivate me. :D 2 miles so far!

Also chocolate, specifically kit-kats. Also Green-chili Cheeseburgers and beer... Sigh... The sacrifices one must make. O.o
