I don't usually have alot of time to fix breakfast, but for lunch I love to do Tuna and cut up grapes and put in one half of a pita bread, with a little lite mayo or you may want to substitute may for vanilla yogurt. yum

On my cheat days (not very often at all) I eat pizza... I love pizza :wink:

I did take it about a year and a half ago, I lost 30 pounds, and then broke my foot so I couldnt walk anymore for a while, during that span I gained all of it back and then some. It can be dangerous too, so be sure you are under a doctor's care. Good luck :wink:

My advice is this... Eat it and then see how you feel, if you are like I was after I had stopped eating it, it made me feel really queezy to my stomach, and the pronounced grease residue on my lips from the french fries was enough for me to say, That's ok, I'll pass.... When someone asks a legitimate question, people really shouldnt be rude, this person was asking about hcg. this site is here to promote encouragement and support. A simple, I don't think it is safe.... would suffice. just sayin... :flowerforyou:

I have found that you can literally eat what you want (in moderation of course) log EVERYTHING that you eat or drink, stay within your calorie goal daily, drink all of your water a minimum of 8 glasses a day :drinker: , excercise, and just enjoy life. When you want a piece of cheese pizza, only eat one slice, not 4. :wink:…

You can do this... it is a good challenge. I was never a fan of water, now I don't have a hard time at all drinking my water, I just have to remind myself to do it. Good luck:drinker:

You can do this... surround yourself with some good motivating friends on here. Log in everyday and log what you eat. Drink all of your water because that really helps. And most of all, it will be slow, But as many has said "slow and steady wins the race" You will do just fine.:flowerforyou: Friend me if you wish.:wink:
