I too am trying to drink more water, I have never been a water drinker... but now that I realize just how much our body needs it, I am really trying, but I don't like the taste of water, so I have to add pure lemon or lime juice to mine. thanks for the post.

My food diary is available, and I make it available to everyone on here in hopes that if someone sees something that I may be doing wrong, they will take just a minute and tell me "if you would lay off of that ..... they it would help. Today is Tuesday, and Goodmorning to all of you!!! I weighed today and I have lost 1.5 pounds, so excited... now down to 231.5 yay!!! On my way to my goal for October.

What ever you do... don't quit. I have read on here that when someone faces something as you are facing, they up their calories and continue to work out and it hurls them to a point that they are again losing the pounds. From reading some of the posts, it is dangerous to go too low on your calories as your body will go…

I went to Sea World about a month ago, and they had lots of fruit on the menu, it is also good for hydration it was so absolutely hot there.

I LOVE COFFEE ... and I am on board with any coffee lovers ;) I have a section of my kitchen dedicated to my coffee, a coffee pot, my K cups, Tea, creamers, coffee grinder, hot choc. maker, and now I would love a frappe machine so I could make my own frappes that are not a total of 9000 calories :). Good question, I agree with the eating every 2 to 3 hours helps and I just started taking Acetyl L-Carnitine, to also help with my sluggish metabolism. This is a post that I will follow, thanks for asking.
