Am so happy that i am done with level 1 now will move up to Level 2 though i still get out of breath in level 1 but i think i'l move up to level 2 lets see

I second U :wink: I wil stick to it its my 7th day today & stil I get breathless sometimes plus hatable push-ups am stil doin the girly ones:laugh: & yes we can make it a bit harder for us but lets complete 10days :wink:

yesss dont give up :) I think ur diet is hard & u r feeling weak & lethargic add some healthy stuff. i am guessing u r not doing exercise cz if u were doing u wuldnt have felt disappointment & depressed seriously

So guys I guess the only solution to insulin resistance is WEIGHT LOSS:smile: I feel there is no other solution & every 1 out of 25 women has PCOs (polycystic ovary syndrome) like me:bigsmile: so its ok we can fight it as other ppl hav much more to fight with we should be thankful that we can do sth abt this issue :smile:…

Hi I am also pre=diab. & yes its the same thing Insulin resistant & pre-diabetic I was on Glucophage & then I promised to change my lifestyle, stopped the medicine & started diet & exercise lot weight & stil tryin hard to lose & so I came within the normal range:happy:
