Hey U & Me in the same boat I missed it too so i did day 2 on 13th jan :) try the tip showmm gave it may work cz u shuld feel the crunches i felt it :D

Hey I have added U :) My current target is also to lose 33Lbs so i think we can push each other each & every day - leme kno if u interested ok right now as of 2013 I am into 60 min Aerobics workout with a bit of strength training plus am gona start 30 day shred in a day or 2 i ws planin to start 2day but i hav some back…

ok gr8 lets Hittt it :angry: I think we should make post with captions like this one i.e Day1, Level 1 then Day 2, level 1 so on & so forth so we wil b adding our progress day by day :) secondly guys u dont need to invest money, it is available on U-tube :) 3rdly, take a rest day I wud suggest :)

30 day shred is yesss highly recommended & Leslie Sansone's walk is good too but its not that effective if u really wana shed those pounds of urs but yes in combination with other workouts its good GOODLUCK

The Best part is its one of the best workouts The Worst part is U somehow lose the motivation & even I couldnt complete it I went to L2 & then broke up in the middle though i started 3 times :bigsmile: Give a suggestion as to how we keep motivated til it ends??? may be this is a good idea that as soon we finish our workout…

Hey like many here I also aim to lose 33 pounds in 10 weeks which luks a bit high target for 10 weeks cz that way i wil hav to lose 3 pounds each week which doesnt look possible to me - but lets see If i lose 2 pounds/week then til march 2013 I wil hav lost 20 pounds which is not bad too :) ok lets do it:flowerforyou:
