This is a great place to look for help. Sara and SS are amazing and there's lots of wonderful, already-filtered-the-crap-out links and advice.

I first noticed that your shorts (pants?) are fitting you much better between the first set and the last set of pics. There's no skin overlapping the waistband, particularly on your back. You're also getting some great muscle definition in your arms! You are totally killing it and inspiring me with every update! Enjoy your…

Needed this today! Thanks for another great read :flowerforyou:

I did not receive. I was on page 6 : )

Interested. You (and Sara) always seem to have sound advice. Recent prolonged less-than-desirable activity has me stalled, although I haven't lost anything since my initial 50 lbs loss (almost 2 years ago) even with the addition of workouts and change in calorie intake. Thanks

I'm curious - do you really feel an actual difference in your body with just those 5 lbs or is it a number thing? I'm very big still so 5 lbs doesn't seem like diddly to me unless its 5 lbs I've lost and kept off. But actually FEELING different without those 5 lbs...I can't tell a difference. For me there has to be a…

Unhealthy, unrealistic. The only thing on your menu you posted that I saw that was 'bad' was the muffin with butter. You don't give any info on your activity throughout the day. You could be consuming 1900 calories before 1pm and burning 700 after. Get rid of the scale, seriously. You seem to be obsessed over it. I was the…

I have to watch sugar intake because I'm diabetic. In order to incorporate more fruits and veggies into my 'diet' (i hate that word) I researched filling fruits with low sugar content. Answer? Berries. Blueberries, strawberries, raspberries etc. For example, a medium strawberry has only 4 calories. A favorite snack is low…

You are right, everyone is different. I don't know your story, but I am amazed you can live off 600 net calories a day :noway: I did read a post by a lady that was in a wheelchair and I think she said her doctor has her on 500 calories. still amazes me :flowerforyou:

My doctor's office scale is around 9 lbs different than mine. 9 lbs HIGHER. Plus, I don't think anyone weighs themselves without clothes on at the doctor office. :noway:

I don't use mine anymore, maybe once a month, if that. I'm much happier knowing that my clothes fit better ( I have to buy new pants again already). Screw the number on the scale. How you feel is much more important than that number. No point in being obsessed with a number. Be obsessed with inches. That's what really…

Depends on what system you're using. If you browse the boards you'll see that some people do it the MFP way, which is to eat back your exercise calories for a net amount of total calories in vs out. Some people, like myself, do it the TDEE way, which is to calculate how many calories you'll need based on your lifestyle…

Wonderful!! You look great! Thanks for sharing : )

bump - for future inspiration! Amazing job and so relaxed about it! You look beautiful : )

for later. Thanks!

A beach trip in a month is not a reason to get rid of healthy nutrients and kill yourself quickly. Healthy now, healthy later. Gaining .6 lbs after working out could be anything. Going poop could get rid of that. A lot of people would kill to only have to complain about .6 lbs. Relax. Eat healthy, do your workouts and…

^this Anyone on here can tell you to take this, eat that, increase calories, turn round and round and shake your left foot...only your doctor will be able to determine what you should or shouldn't do, so they are your best bet. Tell them everything.

daaaaaaaang!!! Those are all wonderful!!! Guess its time to dust off those videos  and actually stick with it this time :embarassed: thanks for the motivation! :drinker:

@ OP - you still don't get it....the WAY you phrased the question is what did you in from the beginning. It wasn't phrased as, or taken as, a harmless 'im just wondering' question. It came across as an attack on people that value their privacy and you are being responded to as such. Those people gave you defensive answers…

Unfortunately, you're assuming that the entire MFP community is supportive. In my short time here I've seen a lot of support but equally as many trolls and vindictive, rude people that could care less about other members and are only here for their own entertainment. Even if people "have nothing to hide", most of us are…

You really should expect such answers when you ask a personal question in a public forum, particularly one where people are already sharing things when it's difficult to open up. Your question is invasive to people who like their privacy which creates hostility. That much should be obvious. Not everyone is ok with…

Congratulations on 80 days! I look forward to your 90 days pics : )

WOW!!! You look great!

Holy crap! You look AMAZING!!!!! btw, Thank you for your service to our country ♥

:drinker: Goals are good! instead of eating again, lift some weights! Measure your inches lost! Drink a huge glass of water! Go for a walk! I quit paying attention to the scale when I discovered a total of 8 inches lost over a 7 week period even though I never lost a pound. Good luck and welcome : ) :drinker:
