havent had rice or dumplin in 2 weeks.. and strange enough i dont miss it.. i think i losing my apetite... finding stuff 2 eat a day time 2 add up to the 1200 calories becoming a challenge yuh c... anybody else feeling so.. except d hardo bread addict lol

im starting soo late.. been goignt o the gym tho.. but adding the shred to my workout starting 2day.. shred in the mornings and gym in the evenings!.. if i double up on weekends ill catch up with you guys by july 14!!!!.. loving the support too!

did u guys know that a seving of corned beef was only 2 oz... when mi measure it out this morning.. it likkle tuups sah..BUT.. i ate the 2 oz with 2oz of whole wheat pasta :).. good enough start to the friday.., how u guys doing this morning?
