Thanks for the replies guys! Crystal, there is one I should be able to make it to every week, but unfortunately it's between two lift days and after I train again everything tightens back up. :) There is another I should be able to make it to some weeks. Juju, good to know, I have terrible posture as well haha.

Niner, she has only been having me do upper body and abs while reclined on the bosu or stability ball lately. Do you think I should stop that too? Cherry, thanks. I may try the hot Bikram, but I am not sure I will like the hot room. I can only stay in the sauna a few minutes.

Have you been measuring it every week? Make sure you don't measure more often than that to account for daily height fluctuations.

I don't drink energy drinks, but there is lush in my diary each and every day.

Hint: if you have a freezer where you can store stuff at work, and a microwave, you don't have to keep Lean Pockets in there. I have a big bag of broccoli, a big bag of spinach, and a big bag of unsweetened blueberries in my work's freezer.

Maybe I am strange, but I just heat it up and eat it. It took a couple of days to get used to, but now I like it. Even better with plain heated frozen broccoli or cauliflower.

Water from salt from the snacks. If the system thinks you'll lose 1.2 lbs a week at 1200, then it has you at a 600 deficit which means your maintenance is 1800. You were still under your maintenance calories Friday and only 200 over on Saturday.

Everyone is different, but very single day, I weigh 5lbs more in the evening than I do first thing in the morning. Every day.

I get the salad bowl with black beans, fajita onions and peppers, mild salsa, 1/2 serving medium salsa, and full serving of delicious guacamole and no salad dressing. It's under 400 calories and I am full for hours and hours.

That is interesting. I haven't been quite as strict as you, but I've been slowly edging my way closer away from refined sugar and closer to berries being the only fruit. Then today I had a nectarine and a Clif Builder bar and I have been sick as a dog since about half an hour later.

The Spaten is going to be the lowest calorie beer. I have stopped eating many foods, and not just for the purpose of weight loss. If you want to lose your appetite for a certain food, learn more and more about where it really comes from and what it really is until it is gross to you.

Can't see your diary, but I'll just put this out there. Are you certain it's the sugar you're craving and not the fat? I have never been much of a sugar eater, but if I feel like I want something and I'm angry for no reason, I usually look at my diary and find that my fat intake is too low.

I think the salty taste is the electrolytes and potassium... Gatorade has the same taste although they added corn syrup and citric acid to try to cover it up.
