Wonderful! I started at 271 and am at 243 now. Just starting to see a real difference. In your second pic you can see your collarbones! Outstanding!

Breakfast is my favorite meal! 2 eggs fried or 4 whites nuked with mozzarella cheese. Sometimes 1 piece of toast, Brownberry 10 Grain Healthful, Turkey Sausage, Coffee and 1/2 orange or 4 oz OJ.

Call that boy you were nuts about that moved away when you were 15. That way you don't have to wait until you're 40 to marry him. Mom is right, the damage you do to your body now is REALLY gonna hurt when you're over 50!

Pillars of the Earth is one of my FAVORITE books! The mini-series, not so good. You can take time between the 2. The World Without End takes place in the same town but Isn't a direct sequel. It is very good also.

Both my knees are bone on bone from arthritis and previous injuries. I have a Gazelle. It doesn't work you out hard but it gets my HR up and is ok on the knees. People on MFP make fun of it but they are usually young very fit people that can handle the Insanity and such. I also use Wii Fit games. I've lost almost 30 lbs…

I love it. It is great for beginners because we burn calories pretty fast in the beginning. I wear an HRM so I get accurate burns. The boxing burns a lot because you are using your arms too. Wii Sports Boxing is more intense. I have the Broadway Dance but find I get a better workout if I just dance around to the music than…

One-derland is a sweet, sweet place! I have 46 lbs until I'm there. I feel good at that weight so after that it will be streamlining and toning as I lose the last 15-20. Congratulations!

Day to day fluctuations aren't important, losing over time is. I agree with above. If you want fairly accurate info weigh the same time and circumstances. I find when I get up with nothing on. Clothes and water weight varies too much after the morning.

I made these today. I added 1 egg yolk to the batter to lighten up the cookies. They were killer wonderful!!!!! I had 6 and was still less than a big regular cookie and I get all that soluble fiber which takes down the actual carb count. Thanks!!!!

We eat dinner around 7PM and then around 10PM I have a Dannon Lite Yogurt. 80 calories. Tastes as good as ice cream! Make sure you plan your day for whatever snack you want to have or get on that treadmill to earn it! :)))

You averaged 3 lbs a week. That phenomenal! I'm giving myself a full year to take off about 90. I know I'll start to feel great with even half of it gone. Great job!!!!!

HRM. Gazelle (great for light cardio for us older people with arthritis). Food Scale. Bullet Blender. Wii (games, Wii Fit Plus, boxing). My bicycle once spring returns!

Cats are the best! They are smart and independent so when they come to cuddle, you know they really mean it!

Wonderful! I believe! When springs comes I will be halfway there and able to ride my bike for miles. By fall I will be at goal and feel like me again!!!!

I work in electronics and computers (laid off now though) but not at the precise level that you do. We know MFP works and we know our bodies still throw in a curve ball but it is nice to know the science and math is behind us cheering us on. Thanks for your post!!!! Wonderful! I'll get my full blood work done next month. Mine wasn't terrible last year but looking for an improvement. I know my arthritis feels 100% better.

If you're concerned discuss it with your doctor. Do you feel OK when exercising? If you're lightheaded there may be a problem. I am not in shape yet so my heart rate goes up fast if I think about moving. You're a big guy and may have a really strong efficient heart because of it. Get checked so you can rest easy.
