  • I just started Gamma this week but Im a little confused about the Friday double days. My calendor only shows one workout? Any one know why that is?
  • I wish i could say I had huge noticable changes.. but I didn't. :( Food wasn't spot on, and life got in the way the last month. Not done yet though and going to do Gamma as well! Probably start it all over again too!

  • Im hoping that with us burning less calories then we are used too, that we will still see results because we are doing so much toning. Thats also why the nutrition is ABSOLUTELY crucial. Its short workouts, not burning a heck of a lot, so our food intake has to be the most important thing! :)

  • Ah, thanks for letting us know about the calorie intake! I don't have the nutrition guide so I wasn't sure but saw somewhere online that it said either 1200 or 1600, depending on your weight and acitivity level!
  • Just Finished this one as well and enjoyed it! It reminded me a lot of Insanity! Still only burned around 260 calories but I think thats gonna be the norm SWEATING LIKE A PIG
  • I burned like 270 in the first cardio workout. Hard to believe we can get a good workout in in 25 minutes, but i was sweating like a pig! Im used to burning like 500 calories though with insanity, so we'll see how this goes!

  • I start on wednesday and I am SCARED! I am definitly stronger, but I don't even know if I fulllly feel ready for this month. 35-40 minutes is already tiring and long enough. Sometimes still struggle to get through them. I just reallllllly want the results so I am moving forward. Embracing whatever comes :)

  • Nice work everyone! I have my fit test tomorrow, and taking measurements tomorrow morning as well! Is it normal to not see any results in measurements in the first 15 days?
  • Alright so it was my second time doing plyometric, and I burned LESS calories today, then the first time I did it. Is that normal? My body is just so exhausted, but I thought i pushed so hard! Just making sure its normal that I burned more the first time then I did the second time.
