  • I do this with just a frozen banana, non-fat milk and cocoa powder for a great chocolate banana milk shake! no sweetner or other ingredients necessary... although adding strawberries is good too!

  • Counting the calories may work for you, but the point is most people miss that entirely as you see here with fitness savvy persons! WRITE LETTERS!

  • Best of luck to you. My advice would be to avoid the fad diets and exercise and just learn to live healthy. Use MFP to track yourself to help you learn, but eat the food pyramid, don't starve yourself and figure out an exercise program you ENJOY doing. I like to ride my bike and walk, so that's what I do. You can do it!
