How do you break through a plateau?
I have hit a hard plateau for the past 2+ weeks. I am looking for your ideas and successes on breaking through. This is what I have tried: 1. increasing exercise 2. Decreasing calories (never below 1200) 3. Increasing calories (300 +/-) Any other ideas? What has worked for you? THANK YOU!

What was YOUR best/funniest NSV?

My Scale Does NOT agree with MFP
When I close out a day, MFP tells me that I will weigh x in 5 weeks.... 5 weeks later, why does my scale not agree? I think they have a communication problem!

Calorie changes along the way
I think I just learned something. After loosing 14 lbs, I noticed that the amount of calories I was awarded for my exercise decreased for the same activity and the same time period.
