Taking it off slowly is the best way. 2lbs per week is great, it will take a while, but it took years to get where you are. Fast weight loss is seldom long term, so I say you are doing GREAT. Good advice... Remember its really NOT about weight, its about GOOD HEALTH. Skinny should not be the goal, but a healthy lifestyle including proper eating and exercise will help you to look and feel better.... which is pretty sexy in my book.

To me its all about portion control. learn what a 300-400 calorie meal looks like. HINT: it will fit easily (not piled up) on a 6" diameter plate! and make sure half the plate is veggies.
