I love seeing results like this. I fully understand when you say blood, sweat and tears. I too have dedicated myself to getting healthy and have worked very hard to get where I am today. Congratulations you look amazing!!

I do get the heart pumping out of my chest. (it feels great) I am 6ft2 232 lbs and I work out/cardio at least 3 days a week. I have lost 25lbs since April and just on Monday I benched 200lbs. I usually do alternate say on Monday I will do chest, arms and abs then Tuesday I will do back and kind of workout my legs.
