5-6 times a week depending on what my schedule is like and fitting in rest days too. I hate going too long without a proper workout. I always feel better after. I spend most of my day at my desk so exercising gives me energy. Can you try to fit exercise in at other times? Like once at the weekend then take a week day off?…

I'm 5'4 and my goal is 126lb at least but with being quite toned at the same time. After that i judge it on clothes size.

Add me if you want. I'm new here with no friedns yet lol! I'm 140lb and 5'4". Put on weight over a year due to health reasons and not being able to exercise so aiming to get back under 125lb. I'm on 1200cal plus excercise and with a little extra on 102 days to keep energy and motivation up. I'm back to excercising 5-6…

I was relaly surprised that the scale didn't actually go up for one. Only started logging last week so I'm just getting used to it but it is def making me more aware. That and the sun shining is def making me smile this morning!

I used to be around 120 up and down a little but not far off up until a year ago. Between health problems and bad habits I'm at 140 now and not liking it. I used to love working out and got such a buzz but have found it so hard to get back into it. So today is day 1 for me, at least if I track I can't lie about the food…
