thank you for your input i was thinking i wasnt eating enough i really get nervous eating and think its going to really mess me up and ruin all my exercise but my scale really isnt moving much im kinda at a stand still and im thinking its cuz im not eating the exercise calories. i appreciate it

well i got stretch marks from having twins and they are pretty good i should say, im using it works stretch mark lotion and it has honestly faded them quite a bit i have to add my twins are 19 months old so it could be just my body fading them but ive had a good result from this stuff also, ive heard strivectin works…

try the couch to 10k as well my girlfriend used that one and has helped her tremendously it starts out slow and builds you up

i know for me if i dont right down everything and measure all my food then i dont really lose. try measuring your food and writing everything down maybe that will help so you can see how much sodium your getting
