i agree just focus on working out and eating healthy the weight will come off, anything worth doing takes a long time you will get frustated, but it will happen, they will go away dont worry:)

thats happend to me its your body getting used to not being in starvation mode. give it a week you'll lose again

ive heard great things about c25k however i started running by walking, id walk miles then i would walk faster, eventually one day i felt like jogging so id do it until i felt like i needed to walk and would do a fast walk then jog ect....you'll get there:)

im from the us and we get alot of those kinda choices now im in germany and we do not get a healthier light choice at resturants...what i have been to so far, id love to see a lighter chicken parm, that would be awesome:)

i agree try low carb for a for a few days and see if that makes a difference. have you done toning exercises as well? maybe adding a workout vidoe like p90x could help with the inches or jillian michaels 30 day shred? i heard lots of people get inches off from those. good luck:)

thanks lol we just moved to germany form the us a few months ago and i have to cook everything its nuts no fast food really at all the worst i get is smartones the frozen meals...lol:) but i really would like to see my scale move i did my measurements yesterday too and i feel like im putting so much in and getting nothing…
